Analena Biography

Analena Puerto Rican-born Analena grew up in Florida listening to Latin pop, Mariah Carey, and similar music while developing her own voice. Moving to New York City at the age of 18, she began pursuing a career in pop music with several different producers until she eventually formed her own SouLatin Productions to market and produce her own projects. She relocated to Texas in 2001 to dedicate more time to SouLatin, and to work on her debut album. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
