Antiloop Biography
After DJing for a couple of years, David Westerlund and Robin Soderman, childhood friends from the suburb of Lidingo, just outside Stockholm, assembled Antiloop in 1994. Their first EP, called N.S.F.M.C., featured the hit single "Beauty & the Beast." The club/dance duo started climbing music charts in Sweden, Norway, and France before issuing their debut and local-Grammy-winning album titled LP. During 1997 and 1998, songs such as "Believe," "Nowhere to Hide," and "In My Mind" allowed them to start touring all around Europe. In addition, Antiloop earned four Swedish Dance Music Awards.
Robin Soderman and David Westerlund founded Rebels Room Records and became host of their own radio show called P3 Dance. ~ Drago Bonacich, All Music Guide
