Beborn Beton Biography
Electro-pop trio Beborn Beton was formed in Germany in 1989 by Stefan Tillmann (keyboards, drums), Michael Wagner (keyboards), and Stefan Netschio (vocals). After its first two albums, Tybalt and Concrete Ground, they signed to Strange Ways, joining a roster with fellow synth-pop artists Wolfsheim and De/Vision. Following Nightfall, Truth (which includes the club favorite "Another World"), and Fake, a U.S.-only best-of, Tales From Another World, was released May 2002. The second CD of the compilation features remixes by peers such as Camouflage, Apoptygma Berzerk, Covenant, and Funker Vogt. In spring 2002, Beborn Beton toured the United States with Apoptygma Berzerk. ~ Kenyon Hopkin, All Music Guide
