Council Of The Fallen Biography

Council Of The Fallen Formed in the fall of 1997, Council of the Fallen started as a duo in their hometown of Myrtle Beach. Guitarist/vocalist Kevin Quirion and drummer Derek Roddy began writing together over the next few months, eventually recording their demo a little over two years later without a bassist. In January 2000, their eponymous demo interested Martyr Music Group and the band signed to the label. Sean Baxter joined the band around this time after leaving Broken Hope, and the group recorded Revealing Damnation as a trio. The album was released in spring 2002, followed by a tour. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
