Love Me Biography
Tom Kristensen (guitar/ vocals), Madeleine King (bass/ harmonica), Mandy Pearson (drums/ vocals) and Barry Trumbell (guitar) formed under the moniker of Love Me for the purpose of displaying their raw appeal of bittersweet country rock. The Sydney natives first packaged this sound on their first self-titled full-length in 1996. Following the 1997 release of their second album Fuel, Love Me took on a full-fledge Australian tour before Antfarm Records put out their third full-length Jubilee Park two years later. ~ Mike DaRonco, All Music Guide
