Phantom Blue Biography

Phantom Blue A melodic hard rock band, Phantom Blue was formed in the late '80s by vocalist Gigi Hangach, guitarists Michelle Meldrum and Nicole Couch, bassist Kim Nielsen and drummer Linda McDonald. Marty Friedman, later of Megadeth, produced the L.A. band's self-titled debut for Roadrunner in 1989. He also worked on second album Built to Perform, which was delayed until 1993. Nielsen left the following year and was replaced by Rana Ross. ~ John Bush, All Music Guide
