Seventeen Biography

Seventeen The Boston alt-rock four-piece Seventeen formed in 1996 as a garage rock band who loved to play Pixies covers. But Jason Adams (guitar), Jon Baird (guitar), Chris Baird (bass), and Tony Mellace (drums) officially packed things together two years later after various stints in other bands, and signed with the local imprint X Off Records. The EP Ransom Your Handsome appeared in 1999, and they released the album Bikini Pie Fight! in fall 2000. The band later changed names to Lustra. ~ MacKenzie Wilson., All Music Guide
