Sola Biography

Sola Sola established itself throughout the Philadelphia area as a live band and then expanded its reputation natinoally when Obey Your Brain released the instrumental post-rock band's debut album, The Bottom, in 2002. Comprised of five musicians -- drummer/multi-instrumentalist Chris Powell, percussionist Greg Giuliano, guitarist Dave Moylan, bassist Carly Van Anglen, and electric pianist Eric Wareheim -- the band began as The Science Of but later switched its name to Sola.
